Hi everyone!

Until the end of the year, we will continue doing our Weekend Folders the usual way, but I thought this might be a fun new way to do it as well.  What I will start doing is posting our weekly poems on the site, and if you're interested, you can actually circle the "word of the week" AND draw a picture at the bottom of the page all on the computer using Pixlr (see the link below).  So, here's what you do:

1) "Right click" on the poem and save it to your computer.

2) Click on the Pixlr logo below, then click on the button that says "Open Image From Computer" (the second button).

3) Select the poem, then use the tools to write on it!  When you're done, you can print it off and add it to your "Weekend Folder"!

Have fun!  If you finish it, print it off and bring it to class so we can see!
